Nicola was succeeded by his son Camillo, who followed in his father's footsteps with extreme dedication and passion, even expanding the olive oil mill itself with the addition of super presses, to form the so-called traditional plant.
At the end of the 80's, Camillo Staniscia passed the reins in the hands of his son Nicola, grandson of the founder, who assiduously continued the agricultural activity with great experience, precision and passion, not only bringing a further modernization of the olive oil plant, which from traditional became continuous with cold extraction, but also perfecting the techniques of olive processing handed down from generation to generation in the family.
But there's more.
In 1937, in conjunction with the birth of the olive oil mill, Nicola Staniscia received hives as a gift from some landowners. These fascinated him so much that he decided to become a beekeeper, thus incorporating beekeeping into his farm, alongside both the dairy and olive oil activities.
And the rest is history.
As for the olive oil company, the beekeeping activity was transmitted by Nicola Staniscia to his son Camillo, who then, in turn, handed it over to his son and grandson of the founder, Nicola. Finally, it is essential to remember the collaboration of the women alongside the aforementioned figures – Grazia and Giacinta, respectively Nicola senior's mother and wife, Emma, Camillo's wife, and Marilena, Nicola junior's wife – and all the family members who have contributed to the development of the company with their help, passion and dedication.
